1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the photoshoot.

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

• Prices are subject to change but will be honored for confirmed bookings.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs if the session requires travel or venue booking.

3. Image Delivery & Editing

• Turnaround time for edited images is approximately 3 weeks after the photoshoot.

• Only professionally edited images will be provided. RAW/unedited files are not available for release.

• Basic retouching is included, but extensive editing requests may incur additional fees.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

• La Vida Photography retains the copyright to all images.

• Clients receive personal usage rights for printing and sharing their photos.

• Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• La Vida Photography may use selected images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

5. Photoshoot Guidelines

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session. Extra time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

• Additional charges may apply for extra time, outfit changes, or location changes beyond the agreed session scope.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

• La Vida Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including weather, venue restrictions, or acts of nature. In such cases, rescheduling may be arranged.

• While every effort is made to ensure the safe handling of images, La Vida Photography is not liable for any accidental loss or damage of files beyond the agreed retention period.

7. Image Storage & Retrieval Policy

At La Vida Photography, we take great care in preserving your images. Below are the terms regarding the storage and retrieval of your photographs:

1. Image Retention Period

   • All final, edited images from your photoshoot will be securely stored for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

2. Content Retrieval Fee

   • After the initial delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their images.

   • Should you require your images to be resent within the one-year retention period, a content retrieval fee will apply.

   • The retrieval fee covers administrative time and data management and must be paid before the images are re-sent.

3. File Responsibility After One Year

   • After the one-year period, La Vida Photography is not obligated to retain copies of your images.

   • We highly recommend saving your files to multiple locations to prevent data loss.

By booking a photoshoot with La Vida Photography, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
